How much do these events cost?
Each event is priced differently. Location, number of attendees and day will all have an impact on this. We can provide you with an exact cost once we have this information. Please contact the team for a quick price/prices.
What is the minimum or maximum of attendees?
We’ve run intimate events for 2 people up to corporate fun days for 3000+. There is no limit to what we can organise.
What are your bestselling activities?
The Killing, Crystal Challenge, Taken and High Performing Team are our most popular activities. The Killing has been run thousands of times and was our first team building experience.
Where do you hold these events?
All of our events are fully portable which means we can host our experiences in a variety of venues! From your offices to country estates to pubs, we also offer a free venue finding service. We can find you the perfect location for your event.
Do you hold these team events internationally?
Our experiences can be held all over the world (we have travelled as far as Mauritius).
How long do the events last for?
We can offer everything from 15 minute ice breakers to a whole team building programme spanning a week. Our typical activity is 2-3 hours, but we also offer full day events and different event combinations.
Can we choose what time the event starts?
Each event is completely tailored to you and your group. This means you are free to dictate what time and what order you would like your day to run.
I’ve never organised an event before, can you help?
Absolutely. We can even provide you with an event planning guide, this is a document we have created to guide you smoothly through the process. You can find our Event Planning Guide here.
Who runs the events?
All of our experiences are run by experienced event managers. They will be there on the day to ensure the smooth running of your activity. We also have the option to have additional event managers on site, especially if there are lots of elements, or high profile attendees.
Which events would best fit my objective?
Our knowledgeable account managers will be able to suggest a variety of activities to fit with you aims and objectives. Contact the team to talk through your specifications
Can we book more than one activity?
Yes. We encourage people to create their own bespoke programmes! Two activities make a great full day. Our most commonly booked activity duo is The Killing & The Crystal Challenge.
Who are your events suitable for?
All experiences are suitable for absolutely everyone. From Interns, Trainees, Groundsmen, C-Suite, Executives etc we can cater for everyone. Additionally we ensure you select an event that will suit the group and their needs (whether it is someone with a disability, pregnancy etc).
Do you run this events mid-week or at the weekend?
The time/day is completely up to you. We operate both during the week and at weekends (subject to availability).
Do you organise events on Bank Holidays?
Yes, we can organise events on Bank Holidays.
What happens if I book an outdoor event and its rains?
We run our events outdoor regardless of the weather. Our Duck Herding experience is particularly popular in the rain!
Can you organise a venue/catering/overnight accommodation/transport for us?
Of course! We can offer individual elements or a complete package. Just let us know what you would like.
How far in advance do I need to book my event?
We have organised events from as little as 24 Hours’ notice, up to booking events for 2-3 years in advance. We shall always aim to flex and fit with your time scales.
I need to book an event last minute, can you help?
Absolutely, give the team a call!
Can you cater for vegan/vegetarian/kosher etc?
We can cater for all dietary requirements and have worked with specialist caterers.
Do you cater for people with disabilities?
Yes. We are fully inclusive and will recommend particular events or tailor the experiences to cater for anything that is required.
Are these activities safe? Do you have insurances?
We are insured for up to £5million. We can provide you with everything you need in relation to this including Public Liability Insurance and Risk Assessments.
Do you offer any sustainable/eco/charity events?
Yes we do! Please contact the team to find out which ones would suit your event.

What are your payment terms?
Payment is due at the time of booking unless otherwise pre-agreed.
What should I tell our attendees to wear?
Depending on whether your event is indoor or outdoors, we will put clothing suggestions your project plans. Comfortable clothing and shoes should be worn for the activities. For outdoor events please think about the weather (both rain and sunshine!)
What happens after I have booked my event?
After you have signed our Booking Confirmations we will get everything confirmed for you. 2 Weeks prior to your event we will be in touch with your final project plan which will include absolutely all of the information you will require on the day.
I need to cancel my event, what should I do?
If for any reason you need to cancel your event then please get in touch with your account manager.
