However, when you’re stuck in the office watching everyone else enjoy the summertime feeling like you’re missing out (yes we have all been there), why not take the opportunity to enjoy the sunshine AND increase your team’s morale, communication and productivity!
Many studies have been done that indicate your staff will work harder when they are happy, and one of the best ways to increase happiness (without all expenses paid holidays to the Bahamas) is to spend half a day taking part in an interactive team building activity. Taken
This fast-paced, exclusive team building experience will have your team totally immersed in the world of kidnap, meeting police informants and surveillance. Your CEO has been kidnapped, and it is up to their team to rescue them! Guests begin with a briefing from our Ex-Detectives as well as being show a video of the hostage, setting the scene for the rest of the event. It is then up to teams to complete a series of captivating tasks design to test their team work, communication, leadership, time management and their ability to stay focused.
Crystal Challenge
Based on the ‘90s game show, Crystal Challenge is one of the most energetic, memorable experiences out there! In teams you will compete against each other in an exhilarating mix of physical and mental challenges to win as many crystals as possible. The finalists will enter the grand crystal dome and the team with the most gold tickets will win the Crystal Challenge.
Soap Box Derby
A thrilling event harking back to a bygone era as teams develop and construct a race-ready self propelled soap box car from the materials provided. Will your creative design get you to poll position? Can you handle the pressure of our action packed race finale? Teams are shown to their workshop, which includes all the blueprints, materials and tools they need to construct the vehicle. Once the skeleton of the car is built, it is up to teams as to how creative they get with the design. The better looking the car, the higher up the grid they’ll be.
The Bodyguard
Faced with robbery, kidnap or assassination, this exciting event will teach you all the basics you need to know in order to become a highly skilled bodyguard. Delivered by an experienced team, you will learn defensive techniques such as weapon disarming, surveillance of suspects and sharp shooting skills in this fun-filled and thrilling event. Learn the tricks of the trade and skills you can apply to real life situations such as self-defence and planning skills. A completely fresh team building experience.
A real life escape room activity. Work through the clues and correctly complete the questions and challenges to unlock the next part of the game. Will your team figure out how to reveal hidden messages, and will they be able to follow the secret directions left on the Dictaphone? Concentration and team work are crucial in this classic race against time. Decipher puzzles, solve conundrums and overcome any curve balls or misleading information to crack the padlock codes and escape the box.
