Right Angle Corporate Events - Artificial Intelligence and Virtual Reality: A Theme for 2019

AI and VR seems to be taking off in a number of different sectors, all because they can be used in a variety of ways. One of these sectors is the events industry. After all, this particular industry is one that really thrives on innovative and fresh ideas. But why is this? What is it about AI that is making it a conference them within the events industry for 2019?

Customer Engagement

Customer engagement is important, this is something that should never be forgotten, and AI/VR is a way to improve and encourage customer engagement. Not sure how, well, the thing to remember about AI is that it is able to offer a form of interaction to customers and prospective leads.

This is most obvious in the form of Siri and Alexa, however, you can also feel the benefit of AI in customer engagement with Chatbot, a form of managing enquiries in a more automated fashion.

Attendance

The main focus of any event or conference is to make sure that as many people as possible attend and engage. But how can you encourage this? AI and VR is a great helping hand, in fact, it can even be the driving force in ensuring that as many people as possible turn up for an event.

It can be used to monitor patterns of behaviour from potential audiences and ensure that marketing efforts are entirely designed and co-ordinated to ensure that the most people possible turn up. It can also make up a profile of what the most desirable attendees would look like, and then also direct their marketing in order to appeal to them.

A Personalised Experience

Who doesn’t love feeling that their attendance at an event is important to the organisers? Personalisation is the ideal way to do this. AI is able to interpret data that is taken from social media profiles and then use this data to ascertain which sessions are going to be the most valuable to them. Not only providing them with information but also networking too.

There is so much that AI and VR can do for an event. Not only can it help to make the event more desirable, but also can be used for those in attendance as a way to encourage team building as well as networking.

We are excited to see what the future could hold for the events industry, AI and VR and we are sure that it will be one that is packed full of innovative technology.

Activities That Feature Virtual Reality.

Our award-winning Team Building Event, “The Killing” now has an incredible new Virtual Reality feature. Step into our VR Crime Scenes or explore our Crime Scene in Dolls House View. This new innovation puts the “Team Building Event of the Year” ahead of the game.

The perfect way to combine new technology with team building, whilst having a great time!

The Killing  is now the most immersive team building event there is!

The Escape is our Virtual Reality Escape Room.

You’re in the frame. You need to escape. You must beat the clock.

The question is simple; do you and your team have what it takes to escape? Based on the popular escape room challenges, this 60-minute activity combining tasks, riddles and puzzles will put your problem-solving skills to the test. Starting out in a ‘locked office,’ you are in the frame as an accessory to the perfect art heist. Participants must work together to complete a series of tasks and interactive challenges before they can ‘escape’.

Armed with tablets featuring interactive game screens, teams will have to unpick evidence, unravel cryptic messages and avoid the curveballs that will be thrown at them along the way. Teamwork and logic skills will be thoroughly tested in this virtual escape scenario.

Interactive and engaging this unique team activity is an ideal solution for conference break-out sessions, ice-breakers or for when time is limited. And because The Escape is played ‘virtually’, it can be delivered at any location or venue for any team size.
